Maritime Consultant Indonesia
PT. Konsultan Maritim Indonesia (PT. KMI) was established in 2024 following the success of the Submariner Club of Indonesia (SCI) in organizing the international forum “Future Submarine” in Jakarta. Comprised of retired submarine admirals of the Indonesian Navy, SCI founded PT. KMI to address strategic needs in the national maritime sector.

Our primary focus is to deliver strategic analysis, feasibility studies, policy assessments, and master planning for a wide range of maritime development initiatives.

Mission
Providing consulting services in the maritime sector, with a focus on maritime defense, shipping, and marine tourism.
Assisting the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) in capability development consulting, particularly in the area of submarines, including Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), human resource training, and support system procurement.
Serving as a consultant and mediator between vendors and the Indonesian Navy to facilitate effective and efficient procurement of goods and services.
Offering consulting services for feasibility studies of Navy-related projects conducted by vendors.
Acting as a strategic bridge to foster mutually beneficial cooperation between the Indonesian Navy and its partners.
